It had been a number of years since I last purchased a home, so I really needed someone to walk me through the process again. That is exactly what Ron did. From the moment he showed us our first house to the handshake at the end of closing he was professional, helpful and easy to work with. He kept in constant contact with us through the whole process. We received emails on a regular basis of houses that were coming on the market that were both within our price range and suited to our wants. Ron listed our house in a time where selling was downright tough. Yet within two weeks he had shown the house several times and we had received an offer. Less than a month after we listed the house we had received a final offer and began the closing process. I believe he was a big factor in getting our house sold at a fair price and in a timely fashion. When we began negotiating for our new house Ron was realistic about what we should offer and how we should approach the purchase. Again, within less than a month we were closing on our new home which is perfect for our families needs. Without Ron’s help we would not have had such a smooth transition from our old house to the new one, nor would we have felt as comfortable with the deals we made. We chose Ron Hughes for the following reason/s.  Several years ago we contacted Ron for some reason and at the time we did not use his service.
